The wireless remote control operation allows operators to easily control the carrier, ensuring operational flexibility and safety.
Structure: The cart's body is cleverly designed with two layers. The lower layer is the core rail transfer cart table, with a built-in 360-degree rotating turntable to ensure handling flexibility. The upper layer is an automatic flipping arm, which is powered by a moving cable and uses a hydraulic rod to achieve autonomous loading and unloading, greatly improving loading and unloading efficiency.
Application: To achieve precise docking, the rail transfer cart is equipped with rails at the front and rear that match the dimensions of the production workstations.
When the cart arrives at the target production workstation, the operator only needs to adjust the automatic flipping arm via wireless remote control to align it with the workstation, and then perform automatic loading and unloading.
After completing the task, the transfer cart can also dock with the electrically driven rail cart of another production line to form a production closed loop, ensuring the seamless connection of the production process.
