Brand-new 10-ton Low-voltage Rail-powered Mold Transfer Cart Facilitates Heavy-duty Transportation
Recently, in order to address the difficulties in handling heavy raw materials, we have launched this 10-ton low-voltage railway-powered rail mold transfer cart specifically designed for heavy-duty transportation. This transfer cart features a box-girder type frame and is equipped with a planar workbench measuring 4500*2200*600mm. It has a stable structure and a large loading space. Its unique low-voltage railway-powered mode completely gets rid of the constraints of usage time and distance, enabling uninterrupted operation throughout the day.
The transfer cart also has the characteristic of being resistant to high temperatures, allowing it to operate stably in high-temperature working environments. With features such as unlimited operation time, high-temperature resistance, and ultra-strong load capacity, it provides an efficient solution for regional heavy-duty transportation.
The configuration of special accessories maximizes the safety performance of this transfer cart. The carbon brush and its supporting conductive column in the center of the cart body efficiently transmit electrical energy, and the insulated wheels ensure electrical safety. The shock absorption and buffering devices installed at the front and rear, along with the safety contact edges, cooperate with the automatic stop device when encountering people and the audible and visual alarm lights to comprehensively safeguard the operation safety. The remote control makes the operation convenient and flexible.
At the same time, in order to ensure the stable power supply of the transfer cart, a transformer needs to be installed to compensate for the track voltage drop when the running distance exceeds 70 meters.
