Recently, our company launched a 40 tons battery powered trackless transfer cart. Combining trackless technology and a high precision intelligent operating system, it solves the safety and efficiency challenges in the traditional handling and dumping of molten aluminum in aluminum plants.

This transfer cart utilizes a battery powered system, overcoming the limitations of cables and tracks, enabling free operation without distance restrictions. With a high strength cast steel frame, the vehicle's dimensions (4000 x 4000 x 800mm) are compact yet robust, boasting a load capacity of up to 40 tons.

Intelligent Design: To adapt to the high risk, high precision application scenario of molten aluminum dumping in aluminum plants, the cart is equipped with an advanced wireless remote control and intelligent coding control system, offering convenient operation and precise positioning.

Polyurethane wheels support 360 degrees free rotation, allowing for flexible operation even in confined and complex plant areas and adapting to various complex routes. In terms of safety features, audible and visual warning lights and a laser dead man stop provide comprehensive safety assurance for high temperature and heavy load operations.

Customized Services: This cart features a flat platform and can be equipped with detachable fixing modules to ensure perfect integration with the hydraulic tilting mold, thereby efficiently and safely completing the aluminum molten material dumping task.
