Product Brief

The 10-ton low-voltage rail-powered transfer cart is a highly efficient and intelligent heavy-duty handling equipment, specifically designed to meet the handling requirements of materials, components, molds, etc. in the production workshop. There are no restrictions on the usage time and distance of the transfer cart. However, for every 70 meters of additional running distance, a transformer needs to be installed to compensate for the voltage drop of the rail. The transfer cart features a flat tabletop and a box girder type frame, equipped with a four-wheel structure, making it an excellent choice for handling heavy objects between production lines.
The size of the flat tabletop is 4500mm×1200mm×500mm, which can meet the loading requirements of large-sized materials. Paired with a cast steel structure, it ensures operation in high-temperature and high-strength environments. In addition, the vehicle is equipped with a variety of intelligent accessories, which further enhance safety and operational efficiency.
During operation, the motor reducer converts the high rotational speed of the motor into a low rotational speed suitable for the operation of the transfer cart, while increasing the torque to ensure that the transfer cart can stably drag heavy loads. When the transfer cart is running, the insulated wheels roll on the rail to ensure that the current does not leak and maintain the safety of operation.

Insulated Wheels: Made of insulating materials to prevent electric leakage and ensure operational safety.
Shock Absorption and Buffer Device: Equipped with shock absorption and buffer designs at the front and rear to reduce damage to materials caused by vibrations during operation.
Rail Clamp: The rail clamp is designed to form an upward arc shape, which is used to push away debris, dust, etc. on the rail, ensuring the cleanliness of the track and avoiding equipment jams.
Lifting Eye Design: There is a pair of evenly distributed lifting eyes on each side of the cart body, supporting various handling methods and enabling seamless docking with forklifts, lifting equipment, etc., improving the flexibility of equipment use.
Wired Handle Placement Box: A wired handle placement box is installed at the rear of the vehicle to ensure the tidiness of on-site operation and avoid potential safety hazards caused by the random placement of the handle.
Acoustic and Optical Alarm Lights and Motor Reducer: Acoustic and optical alarm lights are installed under the vehicle body to remind surrounding personnel of the equipment's operation status in real time. The motor reducer is used to adjust the vehicle speed, ensuring the balance between power and load during operation and avoiding the risk of out-of-control due to excessive speed.
Proximity Switch: A proximity switch is installed at the rear of the cart to detect the approach of obstacles or personnel in front, further enhancing the safety of equipment operation.
