Product Brief

The 2 tonne mobile cable powered rail transfer cart is a rail mounted electric handling device designed for material transfer in production workshops. It is suitable for transporting workpieces, parts, tooling, and production materials between fixed workstations.

Power Supply System:

The rail transfer cart adopts a “Mobile Cable + Cable Chain + Fixed Slot” Power Supply structure. The cable moves along the rail with the transfer cart, continuously providing power without time limitations, making it suitable for high frequency, continuous transport operations within the workshop.

Product Structure:
The main body of the cart uses a cast steel spliced frame, equipped with high-strength cast steel wheels. It has a rated load capacity of 2 tons and can stably transport heavy workpieces.
The platform is fully customizable and can be equipped with vertical tooling columns, fixed slots, and other accessories to accommodate the limiting and fixing of workpieces of different shapes, such as long profiles, shafts, and plates, preventing slippage and tipping risks during transport.

Control System:
The rail transfer cart is equipped with a PLC coding system, supporting both wired handle and wireless remote control manual operation. It can also be connected to the production line system for fully automatic operation.
After pre-setting multiple stopping positions, it can automatically travel back and forth along the pre-embedded rails, with a repeatability accuracy down to the millimeter level, precisely matching the loading and unloading needs of robotic arms and processing equipment.

The forklift comes standard with audible and visual warning lights and an emergency stop button. An optional laser obstacle detection sensor can be installed, allowing for immediate power cut-off and shutdown in case of any abnormality during operation, ensuring full safety in the workshop.

Compared to traditional forklift transport, this rail transfer cart emits no exhaust fumes, meeting the requirements for green workshop construction.
It is suitable for industrial scenarios such as machinery manufacturing, equipment assembly, parts processing, and production line transport, and is particularly suitable for transporting workpieces on fixed routes with high repetition frequency. Rail-based transport reduces repetitive handling steps and improves material turnover efficiency.
