This battery powered intelligent transfer cart features a platform measuring approximately 4500 x 2000 x 800 mm and a robust 10 tons load capacity. Its core function is to achieve linear and lateral movement without relying on fixed rails. Its hydraulic lift system automatically handles mold loading and unloading, as well as precise docking. Designed to withstand high temperatures and wear, the truck is suitable for harsh industrial environments and is a key component for flexible production lines.

Practical Instructions:
During mold handling in the production workshop, the operator can easily control the transfer cart to the mold placement location using a wireless remote control.
The hydraulic lift table lowers to the desired height, and the automatic loading and unloading mechanism quickly loads the mold onto the table.
The cart then precisely navigates along the rail using its dual-wheel system, moving vertically and horizontally, to the designated location, where the hydraulic lift table unloads the mold.
During the entire process, sound and light warning lights alert surrounding personnel, and the power display screen and LED display screen provide real-time feedback on the equipment status.
In case of emergency, the emergency stop button can be used to immediately stop the operation of the transfer cart.
