The electric rail transfer cart uses a low voltage railway power supply mode, eliminating the need for an embedded 360° electric turntable.It supports customized adaptation to different workshop rail layouts, allowing for flexible adjustments to transport routes across workshops and areas. It supports both wireless remote control and wired handle operation modes, achieving millimeter-level positioning accuracy.

Structure and Components

• Box Girder Frame: Utilizes a high-strength box girder structure design, offering excellent rigidity, strong bending and impact resistance, and uniform load-bearing capacity to prevent deformation. The flat platform facilitates stable placement of various large equipment and heavy workpieces.
• Low Voltage Rail Power Supply System: The electric rail transfer cart employs specially insulated wheels to prevent direct electrical conduction between the vehicle body and the rails. Low-voltage power from the rails is introduced into the cart's electrical system via carbon brushes and conductive posts on the undercarriage, ensuring efficient and stable power supply.
• Electric Turntable System: Employs a flush, recessed design that does not obstruct the passage of other vehicles on the ground. The turntable allows for 360 degrees stepless rotation, automatically aligning the track angles for high-precision reversing of the transport vehicle.
• Ground Control Cabinet: Responsible for safely stepping down and stably transmitting industrial power to the rails, featuring overload and short-circuit protection.
• Intelligent Safety Protection Components: The cart equipped with a laser sensor device, automatically slowing down or stopping upon encountering obstacles; an emergency stop button handles unexpected situations; audible and visual warning lights provide visual and auditory safety alerts throughout operation.
• Shock Absorption and Buffer Device: Installed at the end of the cart body, it effectively absorbs collision energy, protecting the vehicle body and factory facilities.

Product Application

1. Start-up Preparation: Turn on the power to the ground control cabinet, confirm that the rail voltage is normal, and the audible and visual warning lights will illuminate.
2. Loading and Operation: Place the 50 tons equipment stably on the flat platform, and use the wireless remote control or wired handle to operate the transfer cart along the rails.
3. Turntable Reversal and Docking: The transfer cart stops at the center of the embedded turntable; the electric turntable is activated, rotates to the target track angle, and automatically locks; the cart continues forward, completing a seamless reversal across workshops or workstations.
4. Safety Protection: If the laser sensor detects personnel or obstacles during operation, the transfer cart will automatically decelerate and stop. Operators can also press the emergency stop button at any time to force braking.
