This high performance battery powered AGV (Automated Guided Vehicle) is designed specifically for heavy duty mold and material handling. Equipped with a high energy lithium battery and an intelligent control system, it features unlimited operating time, high temperature resistance, and heavy load stability, significantly enhancing the level of automation and operational safety in workshop logistics.

AGV for mold handling in a production workshop, the operator first configures the AGV's route and handling tasks using a wired control panel. The AGV, using a wheeled mechanism, flexibly maneuvers to the mold placement location, precisely docking and loading the mold using a custom-designed support table.

During the handling process, audible and visual warning lights alert nearby personnel, and a battery indicator provides real-time battery status information. In an emergency, the operator can press the emergency stop button or use the safety trigger to immediately stop the AGV. Upon arrival at the destination, the AGV precisely docks again, completing mold unloading. The entire process is convenient, efficient, and smooth.

Its mecanum wheel system enables omnidirectional mobility, supports precise docking and docking, and eliminates the need for fixed rails, significantly improving workshop space utilization and scheduling flexibility.
