Application: The material handling coil car trolley is an electric material handling car with V deck and designed for steel coil transport. This kind of material handling coil car mounted on the steel rail and get power from rail.

Working Principle: The source AC 380V is transformed to AC36V three-phrase through transformer, Then they are connected to the three rails respectively (add a conducting rail ). The material handling coil trolley's wheels and conducting plate lead the AC 36V electricity to the electrical appliance box which is installed on the transfer trolley. And AC 36V is transformed to AC 380V through the transformer. Then controls AC metallurgy motor through AC control system to make the material handling coil car trolley start, stop, go forward and backward and so on.

Product Parameters:

The material handing coil car trolley is equipped with insulated wheels, which reduces the possibility of current leakage. It transmits the current on the rails to the electrical box through carbon brushes and conductive columns, ensuring the safety of the usage site.

In addition, this car trolley adopts a customized platform, which can fix coils and other items to ensure stable operation. Moreover, the platform size of the car is approximately 500020001200mm; the large platform can meet the transportation needs of various materials and loads of different weights.

Meanwhile, to ensure the usability of the material handling car trolley, it adopts a box-girder type frame and is equipped with dual motors, which guarantees the smooth progress of production in case of a single motor failure.
