The introduction of our 0.1 ton low body rail transfer cart has successfully resolved this challenge.
Product Parameters:
The transfer cart features a square low body design of 1000×1000×400mm, enabling it to navigate smoothly through the gaps between production lines.
With continuous power supply via sliding contact lines, combined with a wireless remote control and intelligent coding control system, it completely overcomes the bottlenecks of traditional transfer carts, such as "charging downtime" and "distance limitations".
Whether in an 80 meters long assembly workshop or a material sorting area requiring frequent turns, operators can simply press commands on the handheld remote control, and the cart will accurately maneuver along the preset rail.
Structure:
The cart's tabletop was customized according to clients' actual needs: two transmission chains matching the production line dimensions are added to achieve automatic loading and unloading, with a pallet positioning error of less than 5mm.
The rail laying adopts a modular design, which improves construction efficiency by 3 times compared to traditional ground rail installations, relatively accelerating production.
Application: Currently, this rail transfer cart has been operating continuously for 6 months in 3 precision component production lines, conveying over 200 pallets daily, and has become an indispensable “essential assistant” for production line automation upgrades.
