Solution:
To address the above needs, we introduce this customized 10 ton low voltage rail powered RGV.

The equipment measures 4000×4000×5000mm and adopts a spliced cast steel frame with a three-layer structure precisely adapted to the scenario:
Bottom-layer rail transfer cartPowered by low voltage rails + carbon brushes and conductive columns, it breaks through the length limitations of traditional cables, supporting unlimited-distance, 24-hour continuous operation;
Middle-layer customized iron frame: Integrated with guardrails + ladders, it raises the operation height to 2.5 meters, keeping operators away from the heat of the molten pool;
A 360° rotating turntable connects the upper-layer workpiece, allowing high-temperature auxiliary devices to flexibly adjust their direction and accurately align with furnace openings at different angles.
Upper-layer high-temperature workpiece: Realizes workpiece lifting and front-back translation through a hydraulic lifting rod + drag chain system;
With a laser dead man stop safety device, it maintains a docking accuracy of ±2mm within 4 meters of the furnace body;A three-color warning light provides real-time feedback on operating status to avoid misoperations.
