Our 2 tons battery powered trackless transfer cart, featuring a 3000×1800×500mm square structure and bespoke design, achieves fully automated transfer from storage areas to production lines. Powered by a battery combined with a portable charger, it eliminates constraints from tracks and cables, enabling unrestricted movement. Operators effortlessly command forward movement, steering, and precise docking via wireless remote control, eliminating the need for manual escort throughout the process.

Advantages
Flexibility and Safety: Powered by a battery paired with a portable charger, the trolley features a real-time battery level display. The wireless remote system enables precise control within a 20 meters range, while the laser dead man stop (3-metre sensing range) automatically brakes within seconds when personnel approach. The trackless design enables agile manoeuvring in narrow passages, while polyurethane wear resistant wheels ensure operational stability within ±2mm/m. 

Applications
The trackless transfer cart reduces mold transfer time from 25 minutes to 6 minutes. During injection mold handling tasks, a single operator can complete loading and unloading, increasing single-shift production capacity by 150% while reducing labour costs by 60%. Its adaptability accommodates molds and materials ranging from 0.5 to 2.8 meters in size, supporting flexible production in industries such as electronics manufacturing and automotive components.
