In large factory areas, building material warehouses and construction sites, material handling often faces difficulties such as large volume of items to be transported, long transportation distances, inconvenient operation, time-consuming and laborious manual handling, and the inability of traditional tools to adapt to curved tracks or complex paths.​
To solve the above problems, we have launched this 30-ton maintenance-free battery powered transfer cart, which consists of two modules: a power vehicle and a steering turntable, and is fully electrically driven.​

In addition, the lifting ring structure can be compatible with a variety of loading methods. At the same time, the remote control of the transfer cart can reduce the input of manpower and other related equipment and realize intelligent transportation.​

01 Heavy material transfer in building material factory areas:​
Actual application process:​
① Loading stage: Fix precast beams/steel materials to the transfer cart through lifting rings or forklift accessories;​
② Route planning: The operator remotely controls and sets the route, bypasses the equipment area through the curved rail, and uses the ground turntable to achieve a 90° turn;​
③ Safe transportation: The laser induction scans the path in real time, pauses automatically when encountering cross-operation personnel, and the searchlight ensures visibility at night;​
④ Precise unloading: After arriving at the storage area, adjust the orientation through the turntable, and the shock-absorbing buffer device protects the materials from damage when landing.​
02 Short-distance barge of containers in port warehouses​
Extended scenario: Adapt to container flat trailers to transfer containers weighing less than 30 tons to the temporary yard at the wharf.​
Advantages: More flexible than traditional internal combustion tractors, no exhaust pollution, and the laser anti-collision system avoids accidents in dense areas.​
In addition, the transfer cart can also be applied to the installation and handling of heavy equipment in new energy battery factories. At the same time, it can also perform the task of transporting building materials in underground mine tunnels, etc. Its high temperature resistance, electromagnetic resistance and searchlight can well make up for the disadvantages of traditional carts, which are prone to stalling and high temperature damage.
