Breaking free from traditional track constraints, the AGV adopts a 360 degrees free rotation steering wheel design, enabling it to flexibly adapt to complex routes in aluminum plant workshops. Paired with a flat platform, it ensures stable handling of 20 tons aluminum plates. Its high temperature resistance (-20°C to 65°C) makes it perfectly suited for high-temperature working environments in aluminum plants. Powered by a lithium battery system, it offers up to 8 hours of operation on a single charge. Combined with a portable charging solution, it achieves "plug-and-play" functionality, completely eliminating the operational limitations of traditional equipment.
Intelligence: The dual-control system integrating wireless remote operation and intelligent coding, along with an LED display screen, enables one operator to perform precise remote control. Triple safety protection is ensured through laser dead man stop (5 meters warning area), audible and visual warning lights, and emergency stop buttons, guaranteeing zero risk in human-machine collaborative operations.
