30 Tons Trackless Automated Guided Vehicle for Aluminium Sheets

Recently unveiled, a 30 tons lithium battery powered AGV specifically engineered for heavy duty aluminium plate handling has emerged, employing innovative technology to resolve traditional logistics challenges.
Measuring 6000*2200*700mm, this AGV features an off-track design and steering wheel drive system, enabling intelligent aluminium plate transfer across diverse environments including production workshops, factory grounds, and warehouses. 

The AGV boasts integrated advantages across three key domains:

Intelligence: Wireless remote control + intelligent coding system supports single/multi-vehicle coordination, with dual LED and battery-level displays for real-time operational monitoring; 
Automation: Automatic charging stations allow customized charging frequencies to minimize manual intervention, while production driven adjustments ensure operational flexibility; 
Safety: Perimeter safety edges and laser dead man's stop activate 0.5 seconds emergency braking upon obstacle detection. 

The steering wheel enables multi-angle manoeuvring, while high temperature resistant components withstand 45°C workshop environments. With a 30 tons rated load capacity and customized platform, it perfectly accommodates the smooth transport of wide, thick aluminium plates.

During a pilot project at an aluminium group, a single AGV replaced six manual workers, boosting transport efficiency by 200%, establishing itself as benchmark equipment for cost reduction and efficiency gains in metal processing.
