Designed specifically for high-temperature, heavy duty, and high frequency production scenarios, this product is suitable for docking with high precision equipment such as vacuum furnaces.

Innovative Design: Three Layers Modular Structure, Balancing Power and Functionality
The RGV features a unique three layers cast steel frame structure, measuring 6000×4500×2200mm overall, combining strength and functionality:
Bottom Layer: Equipped with a safety sliding line power supply system and collector, enabling continuous power delivery and completely eliminating limitations on usage distance and time.
Middle Layer: Fitted with precision gear mechanisms to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the traction vehicle.
Top Layer: Integrates a cable-powered traction trolley and hydraulic rod system, capable of autonomously completing loading and unloading tasks, reducing manual intervention.
Intelligent Operation: Precise Docking and Enhanced Safety
The RGV incorporates wireless remote control and a PLC-encoded control system, with real-time operation status and instructions displayed on an LED screen. It is equipped with multiple safety features, including laser dead man stop device, safety bumpers, audible and visual warning lights, and adds inspection steps on both sides of the vehicle for safe adjustment and maintenance.
Customized Services and Strong Adaptability
The product supports comprehensive customization in size, functionality, and power supply methods. Its high temperature resistance allows it to adapt to harsh environments such as smelting and heat treatment. Currently, this RGV has been successfully deployed in the production workshops of several manufacturing enterprises, where it has demonstrated outstanding performance in vacuum furnace process docking, achieving seamless integration of material transfer and production cycles.
