Newld Launches Battery Rail Transfer Cart with Double-Rail Turntable System
Recently, a new type of material handling equipment specifically designed for industrial production scenarios,a battery powered rail transfer cart paired with an embedded double-rail turntable, was officially launched on the market, specifically addressing the pain points of traditional rail mounted transport equipment, such as limited operating routes and cumbersome reversing.

Customized Structural Design
- Box Girder Frame: The transfer cart adopts a box girder frame structure, capable of meeting the heavy load transport needs under corresponding working conditions. Frame dimensions, load-bearing capacity, and overall configuration can be customized according to the customer's material specifications, transport routes, and site conditions.
- Four-Sided Protective Platform: The rail transfer cart is equipped with a customized platform, with steel pipe protective structures added to all four sides, providing a certain degree of obstruction for pump components and other transported materials, reducing the risk of materials slipping during equipment operation, and providing more reliable load-bearing conditions for workshop transfers.

Applicable Scenarios: Combined with an embedded double-rail turntable, it solves the problem of switching between different tracks.
- 90-Degree Turning and Docking: The core highlight of this solution lies in the cooperation between the rail transfer cart and the double-rail turntable. After the transfer cart runs along the current track to the turntable position, it drives into the turntable and stops at the designated location. Subsequently, the drive turntable rotates 90 degrees, aligning its track with the track in the opposite direction, completing the track direction change and creating conditions for the transport vehicle to continue moving materials.
- Connecting Different Production Stations: In production workshops with horizontal, vertical, or intersecting tracks, the dual-track turntable helps equipment switch between different tracks, reducing the transportation limitations of a single-track layout. Specific track connection methods can be designed based on workshop space, track orientation, and production flow.
- Improving Dockwork Efficiency: By pre-planning the turntable's stopping position and track docking relationship, material transfer routes become clearer, reducing repeated adjustments to equipment direction and supporting material flow between different production processes.

Flexible Operation
- Battery Powered: The rail transfer cart uses batteries as its power source, paired with a portable charger, reducing reliance on fixed power lines. Actual operating distance and continuous working time depend on battery capacity, load, and operating frequency, and can be configured according to site requirements.
- Multiple Control Methods: The transfer cart is equipped with both wireless remote control and wired handle control. Operators can select the appropriate control method based on on-site working conditions to start, move, and adjust the position of the cart, facilitating material transfer between different production stations.
- Safety Auxiliary Configurations: Audible and visual warning lights, an emergency stop button, and a power display screen are used for operating status reminders, emergency stop operations, and power level checks, respectively, helping operators monitor equipment status and improving the convenience and safety management level of daily operations.

Newld can customize rail transfer carts and turntables based on customers' material weight, table size, track layout, docking accuracy, and production processes, providing more suitable heavy-duty material transfer solutions for different industrial scenarios.
