For production workshops requiring cross-station transfer of molds and workpieces, we have launched this 12 tons lithium battery powered rail guided vehicle (RGV). It undertakes stable and efficient transport tasks. Utilizing a box-beam frame and flat platform structure, with platform dimensions of 1800×1200×500 mm, it is specifically designed for heavy-load, frequent start-stop scenarios.
Application
The RGV system travels along fixed tracks. To ensure end-to-end operation, we have combined it with an embedded turntable based on the customer's actual usage scenario and needs.
This allows the rail guided vehicle to switch between different track routes, enabling material flow throughout the workshop. The equipment is no longer limited by a single track, truly achieving "unrestricted use."
This 12 tons lithium battery powered rail guided vehicle can automatically complete the continuous transfer of workpieces and molds from the raw material area to the processing station and then to the finished product area. It reduces forklift intervention, improves operational efficiency, and simultaneously reduces the safety risks of manually pushing and pulling heavy molds.

It supports manual and automatic modes, allowing on-site workers to easily manage operations via remote control or a central control console.

Utilizing a large-capacity lithium battery pack paired with an intelligent charging station, charging is fast, pollution-free, and readily available. Cast steel wheels are wear resistant and impact resistant, maintaining stable operation.
