Product Description

The rail transfer cart system adopts a mother-child cart cooperative operation mode. The child cart(upper one) can drive out from the mother cart(lower one) platform at any time, entering the demolding station or kiln interior to automatically lift, transport, and lower workpieces.

There are no time restrictions, supporting 24 hours continuous operation. It features touchscreen control for millimeter-level precise docking and offers both wireless remote control and wired handle operation modes.

The cart is equipped with multiple safety interlock mechanisms, automatically triggering an emergency stop upon encountering obstacles or abnormal situations during operation, fully ensuring operational safety and adapting to the automation upgrade needs of various heavy manufacturing enterprises.

Structure and Components

Box Girder High Strength Frame: Utilizes an impact-resistant and torsion-resistant welded box girder structure, ensuring long-term operation without deformation under extreme load conditions of 120 tons and 100 tons.

Dual Power Supply System (Sliding Contact Line + Cable Reel):

• Mother Cart: Provides continuous and stable power supply through a Safety Sliding Line and current collector system, suitable for long-distance, uninterrupted track cruising.
• Child Cart: Powered by a cable reel, the reel features a cable guide and conductive posts for automatic cable routing, preventing cable jamming or wear, and meeting the flexible power supply needs of frequent entry and exit from the main car and entry into kilns.

Precise Positioning and Safety Protection System:

• Dual-positioning Hydraulic Pins and Brakes: Both the mother cart and the child cart are equipped with hydraulic locking pins and brake systems for each workstation. Once in position, they mechanically lock to prevent displacement risks during operation.
• Safety Device: Audible and visual linkage indicates operating status; one-button power-off safety protection is available in emergencies.Laser sensor device can monitoring of track obstacles; instantaneous emergency stop upon detection of external obstacles, effectively preventing collisions.

Application Instructions

1. Original point positioning and workstation selection: The child cart stops at the mother cart's original workstation position; the touchscreen displays the child cart's original position signal. After placing the workpiece at the demolding station, the operator selects the target "kiln entry station" on the touchscreen interface.
2. Door opening interlock safety check: The control system automatically detects the kiln door status and only triggers the subsequent automated process upon receiving a "door open in place" signal; if the door is not fully open, the system automatically intercepts and alarms.
3. Automatic material receiving by the cart: The child cart automatically moves to the designated demolding station, the hydraulic pin at the cart's origin unlocks, and the cart automatically moves out and raises the hydraulic lifting mechanism to lift the workpiece. After the operator confirms there are no abnormalities, they press the confirm button, and the cart automatically returns to the mother cart's origin, the hydraulic pin relocks, and the brake engages.
4. Child cart cross-line transfer: The hydraulic pin at the child cart station releases, and the cart moves to the target kiln entry station. Upon arrival, the mother cart's hydraulic pin locks again and the brake engages.
5. Mother cart loading and resetting: The hydraulic pin at the child cart's origin is released, and the child cart smoothly enters the kiln. The hydraulic system lowers the child cart to release the workpiece, and the child cart automatically reverses back
