Product Brief

Application: The 30 ton rail powered u-steel transfer carts are designed for material handling applied in metal factory. This kinds transfer carts also can be used for mold, pallet, finished product, machine parts, container and other material transport.

Working Principle: The transfer cart is powered by a low voltage rail ,when the operator turns on the wireless remote control and the transfer cart switch and power supply, the current is stepped down from 220V to 34V via the ground control cabinet. This current is then transmitted to the rail via underground wires. The current then reaches the electrical box via carbon brushes and conductive posts, and then flows through the rectifier module to achieve a 48V boost voltage. The control system implements commands such as forward and backward movement.
