Specifically designed for the casting industry, this vehicle can not only withstand a heavy load of up to 5 tons but also features moderate dimensions of approximately 2200×1200×700mm, ensuring flexible operation in narrow spaces.

Components:
To adapt to high temperature environments, the transfer vehicle's platform is specially equipped with refractory bricks and custom brackets to protect the battery and electronic devices from thermal damage.
Meanwhile, laser dead man stop safety devices are installed at the front and rear, ensuring immediate stop in any emergency to safeguard operators and equipment.

Structure:
The lifting rings on both sides enable the transfer vehicle to easily cooperate with equipment such as cranes for more complex material handling. The combination of a power display screen and an LED display, coupled with an intelligent coding control system, real-time monitors the power and operation status of the transporter, ensuring operational continuity and reliability.

Application:
Whether handling high temperature molds or key components, this transfer vehicle can be precisely controlled via wireless remote control without distance limitations, making operations more flexible and efficient.
