This AGV utilizes maintenance free batteries, completely eliminating the limitations of traditional battery life. Its steering wheel drive system enables flexible steering, allowing it to navigate freely within the workshop without the need for tracks.
AGV constructed entirely of high strength cast steel, it offers excellent high temperature resistance, making it suitable for the high temperature working environments of copper plant workshops.
For ease of operation, the integrated control system enables one-touch operation, significantly reducing manual intervention and improving handling efficiency.

Functions:
The core structure and accessory functions of the equipment are as follows: Rectangular tabletop + dedicated bracket: The rectangular tabletop with a curved bracket is specially designed for copper coil handling, effectively preventing coils from slipping and ensuring stable transportation.

Steering wheel drive system: Equipped with a high precision steering wheel, it enables 360° flexible steering with a minimum turning radius of only 1.5 meters, adapting to complex workshop corridors.
Multiple safety features: AGV equipped with Integrated laser dead man stop, safety edge contact, and emergency stop button ensure automatic emergency braking when an obstacle is detected within 3 meters.
Intelligent monitoring system: The battery display and LED screen provide real-time feedback on the equipment's operating status, and audible and visual warning lights provide clear status indications during operation.

Application:
In copper mill production workshops, the operator issues commands via a wireless remote control system, and the AGV automatically moves to the copper coil storage area.
A rectangular tabletop and dedicated brackets automatically position and secure the copper coils, while a laser dead man stop system monitors the safety of the work area throughout the entire process.

The equipment transfers the copper coils to the rolling or packaging lines along a pre-set path, ensuring seamless loading and unloading thanks to its precise docking function.
An LED display displays real-time operating parameters. In the event of an abnormality, audible and visual warning lights automatically sound an alarm and trigger an emergency stop.
