This is a 5 tons rail transfer cart powered by a sliding line. It has no limits on running time or distance and is controlled by a remote control and an automatic control system. This allows the operator to control the transfer cart from a safe distance, avoiding damage to the transported items and ensuring worker safety. Additionally, the transfer cart is equipped with a three-color alarm light, where each color indicates a different operational status of the cart, reminding workers to stay in safe areas.

Two chains are installed on the top of the transfer cart. These chains match the conveyor chains of the production line, enabling accurate item transfer and stable transportation of goods from the production line to the warehouse.

Operating Procedures
Before Use
First, the operator must inspect the transfer cart to ensure it is in good working condition. Then, turn on the remote control switch and the cart’s main power switch.
During Use
Guide the transfer cart to dock accurately at the designated position, then move it to the delivery platform. Next, use the remote control to activate the self-propelled chains, which transport the coils to the correct location. Repeat this process as required by production needs.
After Use
Turn off the transfer cart, cut off the power, and park it in the designated area to wait for the next operation.
