2.5 Tonne Lifting Rail Transfer Trolley for Workpieces Carrying

Product Brief

To better meet the actual needs of our customers, Newld designed two rail transfer trolleys with the same load capacity: a transverse transfer trolley and a longitudinal transfer trolley. The dimensions of the two trolleys are 8330x1660x710mm and 1660x7200x710mm respectively. The trolley height, combined with the tooling bracket and screw-driven lifting platform, perfectly matches the height and size of the workpiece, ensuring stable and accurate workpiece transfer.

The lifting rail transfer trolley uses a classic box-girder frame, offering strong load-bearing capacity and resistance to deformation. Powered by a mobile cable, it is equipped with a cable chain to prevent cable wear, and a securing slot to further streamline the work area and ensure a clean and safe work environment. Trolleys, controlled wirelessly and via wired handles, allow for close-up observation and remote control, ensuring worker safety.

Lifting rail transfer trolleys are used in production workshops for workpiece transfer.

• Longitudinal and transverse trolleys are adapted for transferring different workpieces.
• Operators adjust the equipment position via the control system. Upon reaching the target location, the lifting equipment starts, transferring the workpiece, after being dipped in chemicals, to the transport trolley.
• Operators then adjust the support height via the control system, smoothly lifting and transferring the workpiece from its four corners. The workpiece is then moved longitudinally or laterally to the next workstation to await further lifting. The process is repeated.
