To solve this difficult problem, we have launched this 25-ton safety sliding line powered rail transfer cart. The size of the cart is 4000*4000*1500mm. The large workbench can ensure the stability during the handling process. There are no restrictions on usage time and distance, and it is resistant to high temperatures. The rail laying is relatively simple, making it suitable for the complex environment of the factory. Its cast steel wheels are sturdy and durable, the sliding contact line provides stable power supply, and it is equipped with remote control and audible and visual alarm lights, making the operation flexible and safe.

The unique structural design of the cart demonstrates its strong adaptability. The power cart close to the ground is powered by the sliding contact line. A 360-degree rotating rail is embedded in the flat workbench, and the interfaces on the four sides can accurately connect with other carts. A transfer trolley powered by a mobile cable is installed on the upper layer. The trolley is equipped with a hydraulic lifting and automatic flipping arm, which can accurately connect with the unpowered cart for material handling. Between the storage area and the production line, through the rail design and continuous debugging of the operational applicability, the carts in each area can achieve accurate connection. The material handling work that previously required a large amount of manual participation can now be intelligently completed by the carts. This has improved the overall production efficiency of the factory and solved the problem of intelligent handling.
