3 Tons Roller Table RGV Improving Forging Efficient and Precise Production Lines
Production Challenges
A major mold manufacturer faced persistent difficulties in handling building materials and heavy molds: manual handling proved inefficient, heavy loads were prone to impact damage, and high temperature workshop operations imposed limitations.

Solution
According to the client's operational requirements, we designed and installed an electrically powered 3 tons rail guided RGV handling system within the production workshop.
The system's advantage lies in its continuous operation capability without using time restrictions. Its high temperature and heavy load design perfectly accommodates the mold workshop's demanding environment and substantial load requirements. The chassis employs cast steel welded frames for structural integrity, while cast steel wheels deliver exceptional wear resistance.

Advantage
Precision docking is achieved through wireless remote control and intelligent coding systems, enabling operators to manage the system effortlessly from any workshop location. Three colors audible and visual warning lights, alongside an LED display, provide real-time operational status updates to ensure operational safety.

Structure
The roller conveyor surface facilitates efficient and convenient loading/unloading. The RGV system employs low voltage railway powered transport vehicles and mobile cable transport vehicles to guarantee continuous and stable power supply. Emergency stop buttons provide instant protection in critical situations, further enhancing system safety.

Application
Following implementation, operators freely dispatch equipment via wireless remote control and intelligent coding systems. The system's demonstrated precision, reliability, and durability have boosted the mold factory's handling efficiency by approximately 60% while reducing labour costs by around 40%. This achieves the operational objectives of environmental sustainability, high efficiency, and heavy load handling.
