Solution
Based on actual operating conditions and spatial distribution, we custom engineered this cable powered rail guided vehicle. Featuring a box-girder chassis with a dual-layer design, it achieves both precision and load-bearing capacity.
Structure
The transfer cart features a cast steel modular frame with a customized double-deck platform. The upper deck incorporates a cable reel for automatic cable retraction and deployment, while the lower deck employs a drag chain + fixed slot structure reducing cable wear by 90%. Rails fitted to the lower deck platform facilitate longitudinal and lateral movement of the upper cart deck, enabling comprehensive vertical and horizontal operation.
