Battery Powered Trackless Trolley for Factory Efficiency

Application: In modern factories, efficiency and flexibility are of paramount importance. Our battery powered trackless transfer trolley is specifically designed to meet these needs. This transfer trolley is engineered for use within production workshops and can easily handle the transportation of components and materials weighing up to 10 tons.

Structure:

Within factory workshops, the transfer trolley can be maneuvered flexibly among various equipment via wireless remote control. It is not restricted by traditional tracks and can move freely to any required location. With dimensions of approximately 2200×1200×700mm, it can adapt to narrow spaces.

The trolley is equipped with polyurethane wheels featuring a steering wheel-like structure, enabling it to rotate 90 degrees and move both horizontally and vertically, thereby achieving the most efficient material handling in limited spaces. In terms of safety, we have installed emergency stop buttons, safety contact edges, indicator lights, and a laser dead man stop system to ensure the safety of operators and the surrounding environment.

Each wheel is driven by a DC motor, ensuring strong power and precise control. The flat platform design of the transfer trolley simplifies and speeds up the loading and unloading of materials.
