This transfer cart measures 1500 x 1500 x 500 mm and features a cast steel frame with a flat surface, offering a stable structure and strong load capacity.
It has no time restrictions and requires no track installation, allowing it to maneuver freely in the complex environment of a building materials factory, greatly enhancing handling flexibility.

Its high temperature resistance ensures stable operation even in high temperature workshops. The polyurethane wheels are wear resistant and noise-reducing, and the wired handle is easy to operate.
Audible and visual warning lights, an emergency stop button, and a laser dead man stop ensure safe operation. A battery indicator provides real-time battery status, and the battery is paired with a portable charging station for continuous power. A customized A-frame can be placed on top of the transfer cart to facilitate the sorting and handling of building materials.

Application
In the production workshop, this trackless transfer cart is controlled by a handle, moving from the docking area to the handling area. Depending on the handling task, the A-frame can be installed or not. After placing the materials, the transfer cart starts again, and a warning light alerts surrounding workers to avoid it.

The operator then transports the materials to different production lines according to production needs. This reciprocating operation allows for round-the-clock operation.
