The customized convex tabletop fits directly onto the steel frame base, eliminating the need for additional fixings. The tabletop is stable and expandable, capable of carrying over 20 tons of steel frames at a time. Dual safety features include a laser dead man stop and an emergency stop button, ensuring instant braking when encountering obstacles. Wireless remote control and integrated audio and visual warning lights allow operators to precisely control the cart from 30 meters away.

Application: In actual testing in a high temperature spray paint shop, the transfer cart operated smoothly for 8 hours straight, with a battery display providing real-time energy consumption information.
