A large automotive mold manufacturing plant is facing handling challenges: traditional rail-mounted transport vehicles have poor flexibility and cannot adapt to changing production line layouts; the handling of heavy molds (5-10 tons) relies on manual assistance, resulting in low efficiency and potential safety hazards; the high temperature workshop environment places extremely high demands on equipment durability.
Solution:
We have customized a cable powered transport vehicle (6500×2500×1000mm) for it, which solves the problems with three core designs:
Dual-mode power supply for flexible adaptation
Lower cable reel power supply: stable power transmission, suitable for long distance linear handling;
Upper drag chain power supply + hydraulic lifting rod: realize independent loading and unloading of molds through spatial difference design, with adjustable lifting height, completely replacing manual pushing and pulling.
Heavy load and high temperature resistance
Cast steel wheels + spliced frame can bear up to 15 tons, withstanding operations in high temperature workshops.
Wireless remote control + acousto-optic alarm for precise operation, with one-key emergency stop in case of emergencies.
Expansible and efficient
The tabletop can be expanded to be compatible with molds of different sizes;
Equipped with cable/drag chain dual power supply modes, ensuring worry-free battery life.
