To address these issues, we have launched this low voltage rail powered transfer cart with dimensions of 2200×1000×1200mm. The low voltage rail power supply technology breaks the constraints of traditional cables.
Combined with the safety design of insulated wheels, the transfer cart can operate continuously 24 hours a day in the 80 meters long circular production line of the factory, completely eliminating the limitations of time and distance.
In response to the high temperature environment of 50°C around the workshop furnaces, its box-girder frame is made of high temperature resistant alloy material, and coupled with a backup battery power supply system, it ensures stable operation even under extreme working conditions.
Components:
In terms of efficiency improvement, the hydraulic rods installed on the tabletop perfectly cooperate with the customized loading and unloading compartments. When handling 2 tons gearbox assemblies, the hydraulic rods can complete automatic lifting and docking within 1 minutes, which is 6 times more efficient than traditional forklift loading and unloading.
The precision of the remote control + PLC coding control system is even more impressive. Through the real-time operating data feedback on the LED display, operators can achieve millimeter-level positioning in the central control room. Combined with the intelligent endurance management of the power display, the single-charge battery life can reach 8 hours, fully covering the two-shift production needs of the factory.
Application:
The environmental protection features of the equipment in this case are also prominent. Compared with traditional diesel forklifts, low voltage rail power supply produces no pollutant emissions. Nowadays, this transfer cart has become the core transfer equipment for 3 production lines in the factory, completing 120 material transfers per day on average. Its stability and efficiency under heavy load conditions fully demonstrate its adaptability value in heavy industrial scenarios.
