A 6 tons trackless battery powered transfer cart, featuring a 2200×1200×800mm cast steel modular frame and bespoke design, enables fully automated transfer throughout the entire process from the pipe manufacturing area to the storage zone.
The battery and portable charging station eliminate power distance constraints, allowing continuous operation across multiple shifts.
The chassis employs a high strength cast steel modular frame with a customized platform, paired with polyurethane wheels. This configuration delivers robust load-bearing capacity, smooth operation, and wear resistance without damaging surfaces, making it particularly suitable for frequent handling of heavy construction materials.
The V-shaped clamp design perfectly accommodates various pipes, panels, and irregularly shaped building materials. A battery level display provides real-time remaining range alerts, preventing operational interruptions. Combined with audible/visual warning lights and an emergency stop button, slip risks are reduced to zero.
The wireless remote control system enables precise operation within a 20 meters range, with the battery indicator screen providing real-time monitoring of remaining power, completely eliminating cable constraints.
Applications
Operators can complete pipe loading and unloading using a handheld remote control. The V-frame's automatic centering function reduces alignment time from 15 minutes to just 3 minutes.
In high temperature workshop environments, the trackless transfer cart's heat resistant battery pack and thermal management design significantly reduce failure rates.
