In high temperature mold production workshops, mold handling often faces challenges such as high temperatures, precise docking, and long distance transportation.
To address these challenges, we designed and manufactured the low voltage rail powered RGV (Rail Guided Vehicle). With a compact size of 4000 × 1500 × 1000 mm, it combines a double-deck box girder structure with intelligent components to meet the needs of efficient handling in high temperature environments.
Core Features and Accessories:
- Uninterruptible Power Supply: Powered by low voltage rails,it eliminates cable constraints and enables 24-hour continuous operation.
- High Temperature Tolerance: The vehicle body is constructed of high temperature resistant materials and equipped with insulated wheels to ensure stable handling in high temperature firing zones.
- Precise Control: A PLC encoding system and LED display monitor real-time position monitoring, coupled with a three colors audible and visual warning light, ensures accurate docking within ±5mm.
- Flexible Expansion: The upper level automatic traction vehicle is powered by a drag chain cable, eliminating direct human contact with the high temperature production environment, improving handling efficiency while ensuring operator safety.
Scenario Adaptability:
This RGV is responsible for transporting molds from the production line to the high temperature firing area within the workshop.
- Efficient Interaction: Intelligent coding control and wireless remote control can be freely switched between two modes, seamlessly integrating with the production line cycle.
- Environmentally Friendly and Low Energy: The low voltage power supply system reduces energy consumption by 60% compared to traditional diesel transfer vehicles.
- Safe and Heavy Duty: The double-layer frame distributes pressure, and the insulated wheels prevent leakage, ensuring safe transportation in high temperature environments.
