Multiple 30 ton battery-powered rail turntable carts are efficiently operating in a building materials factory, smoothly transporting prefabricated components and steel beams to designated areas.
Structure:
The turntable cart adopts a box-girder frame and flat tabletop design. The tabletop, approximately 4000×1800×600mm, can carry 30 tons of heavy loads. Relying on an embedded 360° rotating turntable, it achieves in-situ steering, accurately docking with different rail directions, and perfectly solving the problem of cross-regional transportation of irregular materials in the factory area.

Functions:
Aiming at the high temperature, heavy load, and high precision operation scenarios in building materials factories, the product ensures stable load-bearing of the cart body under frequent starting/stopping and bumpy road conditions through a combination of cast steel wheels and shock-absorbing buffer structures.
The four corners of the flat tabletop are equipped with automatic induction lighting lamps and reinforced lifting rings, which clearly mark the cargo boundaries during night operations. Together with the laser dead man stop system and dual-mode emergency stop buttons, they provide active safety protection throughout the transportation process.
Operators can complete forward movement, steering, and positioning actions via a remote control, achieving cargo steering within 1 minute, with an efficiency improvement of over 3 times compared to traditional manual handling.
