This trackless transfer cart is designed for complex factory conditions, aiming to solve practical problems such as high installation costs, fixed transfer routes, and difficulties in heavy duty docking associated with traditional rail transfer carts.

Customized Lifting Platform
The steerable trackless transfer cart uses a box girder frame to ensure resistance to deformation under a 20-ton rated load. The platform is equipped with a screw-lifting mechanism and a roller table, which can be finely adjusted in real time according to the production line height, achieving automated and smooth workpiece docking.
The chassis uses wear resistant polyurethane wheels and is self powered by batteries, eliminating the limitations of cables and tracks, allowing for unimpeded movement within the workshop.
Safety Control
The trackless transfer cart supports both wireless remote control and wired handle operation, integrating a power display screen and audible and visual warning lights. A laser sensor device and emergency stop button are installed at the front of the cart, which can actively identify obstacles in the operating route and stop immediately in case of danger, ensuring safe operation in the workshop.
