To achieve efficient, rainproof, and dustproof transfer of palletized goods between two warehouses, a logistics center successfully deployed a 2 tons battery powered Rail Guided Vehicle(RGV).

This system specifically solves the challenges of cross-warehouse transport during manual forklift loading and unloading, achieving seamless warehouse interface connections and safe material flow.

Unique Fully Enclosed Structure

• The rail guided vehicle uses a 3000×3000×1200mm box-girder frame, providing a robust and pressure-resistant structure. It features an innovative, custom-designed fully enclosed compartment with freely retractable electric roller shutters at the front and rear warehouse docking surfaces, closing upon exiting the warehouse to effectively isolate it from external dust and rain. The vehicle is independently powered by batteries, eliminating cable constraints and enabling smooth, unrestricted cross-warehouse operation.
• In terms of operation and safety, it supports both wireless remote control and wired handle control, and the vehicle body integrates a power display screen and portable charger. It also features a laser sensor device, safety touch edges, an emergency stop button, and audible and visual warning lights, forming a sensitive human-machine collaborative anti-collision barrier.

All-Weather Dust And Rain Protection: The enclosed compartment combined with a roller shutter door design ensures that palletized goods are not affected by inclement weather during inter-warehouse transfers.

Flexible And Efficient Docking: Forklift operators can simply push the pallet onto the flatbed and start the vehicle with one click, significantly reducing warehouse turnaround time.
