300 Tons Rail-Road Vehicle for Coal Boxes Handling
Recently, a 300 tons battery powered rail-road vehicle specifically designed for heavy duty transfer scenarios in coal plants has been officially launched.
With its breakthrough structural design, intelligent control system, and exceptional environmental adaptability, this product is expected to reshape material handling modes in coal plants, injecting new momentum into the industry’s green transformation and efficiency improvement.
In terms of structural design, the vehicle adopts a box-beam frame combined with a custom curved platform: the box-beam structure ensures stability, while the curved platform utilizes a specially designed arc to enable automatic dust and water removal, effectively addressing material residue issues in coal plants. Cast steel wheels paired with a hydraulic rod adjustment system allow flexible adaptation to different track gauges and ground conditions, enabling seamless switching between rail and road use,completely breaking the distance limitations of traditional handling equipment.
On the intelligence front, the vehicle is equipped with wireless remote control and a PLC-coded control system, integrated with an LED display screen that provides real-time feedback on operational parameters. Operators can precisely control speed, start, and stop from a safe distance. The configuration of audible and visual alarm lights along with work lights further enhances operational safety in complex working conditions. Notably, the battery powered design enables zero-emission operation, meeting modern environmental requirements of coal plants. Combined with fast-charging technology, a single charge supports up to 8 hours of continuous operation.
As a dedicated solution for coal wagon transfer in coal plants, this vehicle not only efficiently accomplishes heavy coal wagon transport within designated areas but also, thanks to its high temperature resistance and tow hook design, adapts to harsh environments characterized by high temperatures and dust in coal plants, enabling multi-vehicle coordinated operations. This product can be further extended to heavy material handling scenarios in sectors such as ports, steel, and building materials, continuously driving the upgrade of industrial equipment.
