Recently, Newld launched a 1 ton load-bearing, non powered rail transfer cart, measuring 1500x1000x450mm.

This customized rail transfer cart is used for material handling and climbing tasks in confined factory spaces. This transfer cart offers a low cost, high stability heavy material handling solution for complex transport scenarios such as tunnels, multi-corner factory areas, and circular assembly lines.

The rail transfer cart uses cast steel rail wheelsets, which can closely conform to curved rails for smooth curves, structurally avoiding the risks of derailment and tipping. The transfer cart is non powered, with no motors, circuits, or other easily damaged parts. Light loads can be manually pushed, while heavy loads can be towed by winches or tractors. With no electrical components, it meets the requirements for military and chemical explosion proof operations.
