The workshop production environment in this project is complex, requiring not only precise material receiving with the assistance of heavy duty lifting equipment but also turning and crossing switches during high frequency operations.
Facing the dual challenges of high loads and harsh road conditions, the 60 tons ladle transport cart, through adjustments to the wheel structure and rail laying, achieves programmed transfer in complex production environments, breaking through the logistical bottleneck between the high temperature workshop and subsequent processing steps.

• Strong Load Capacity, Customized For The Context: The transport cart body adopts a high-strength box beam frame, which is impact resistant and not easily deformed. The platform features a custom-designed double-bracket structure, perfectly tailored to the customer's ladle shape, ensuring rock-solid stability during hoisting and transportation of high-temperature molten steel ladles.
• Low Voltage Power Supply, Unlimited Endurance: The cart utilizing a low voltage railway power supply system, it draws power stably through insulated wheels and carbon brushes and conductive posts. Unconstrained by battery capacity or cable length, the equipment boasts the unique advantage of unlimited operating time, meeting the demands of continuous 24 hours high-frequency operation.
• Building a Solid Safety Barrier: All key components undergo deep high temperature resistant treatment, easily resisting high temperature radiation. Control features both wireless remote control and wired handle modes, coupled with prominent audible and visual warning lights and a one-button emergency stop, physically isolating operators from high-temperature hazards and significantly improving workshop safety.
