Product Brief

The 6 tons lithium battery steerable Automated Guided Vehicle (AGV) is specifically designed for automotive die-casting workshops. It handles the autonomous transfer and fixed-point docking of die-casting molds and casting blanks between mold storage areas, mold repair stations, die-casting machines, and preheating furnaces.

Equipped with a lithium battery and intelligent charging pile, the AGV completely breaks through the limitations of traditional power supply distance, achieving long range and efficient recharging. The walking system features Mecanum wheels and a PLC coding control system, supporting straight movement, lateral movement, and 360-degree rotation in place.

For safety and interaction, the automated guided vehicle is equipped with diagonally mounted laser sensor devices, safety edges, audible and visual warning lights, and an LED display screen. It supports both wired handle and wireless remote control operation modes, ensuring absolute safety and convenient operation in complex working conditions.
