Application

The self-propelled transfer cart on railway is mounted on steel rail for shuttling along a fixed path and designed for industrial fields material and equipment transport. The transfer carts can be used indoor or outdoor. The fields include metallurgy, foundry, tunnel construction site, transformer plant, new factory construction and shipbuilding and so on.

Working Principle

This kind of self propelled transfer carts are powered by mobile cable. It conducts AC 380V directly into the electrical control system of the rail transfer cart to control the starting, stopping, going forward and backward of the transfer cart on railway.

Structure

This self-propelled transfer cart equipped with box beam frame and cast steel wheel,with features of durable,resists deformation, has a long service life, and is highly resistant to high temperatures, making it suitable for use in harsh environments such as factories and production workshops.

The flat surface, measuring approximately 4000 x 3500 x 500 mm, allows for the transfer of materials and components of various structures and materials.
