Traditional forklifts are limited by space constraints and operating routes, making it difficult to flexibly access some production areas.

Furthermore, when there are height differences between different workstations, ordinary handling carts still require manual labor or other equipment for loading and unloading, affecting overall handling efficiency.

Solution

To address the customer's actual needs, Newld specially designed this 2 tons lithium battery powered lifting trackless transfer cart. The cart uses a cast steel frame and flat platform, with a robust structure capable of transporting heavy materials such as workpieces and molds.

Equipped with steering wheels at the bottom, the trackless transfer cart can move flexibly without the need for fixed tracks, adapting to different routes within the factory area and production workshop.

The cart is equipped with a hydraulic lifting device, which can adjust the platform according to the workstation height to achieve height connection with production equipment and can be further integrated with automated production programs to complete assisted automatic loading and unloading.Wireless remote control, wired handle, and control system allow operators to choose the operating mode according to the site conditions.
