20 Tons Explosion Proof RGV for Spraying Line

Application Dilemma
In the automated spray painting line of a large foundry, traditional mold transfer methods faced severe challenges: high temperature environments demanded high equipment tolerance, heavy molds required precise positioning, and continuous operation efficiency within the production workshop was essential.

Solution
Based on customer requirements, we designed and manufactured this RGV, measuring 4000mm x 2000mm x 800mm. The vehicle body features a cast steel frame with a hydraulic lift platform and a dual-wheel system. This durable and robust vehicle ensures autonomous mold loading and unloading, as well as smooth transitions between tracks.

Application
In the production workshop, operators can coordinate multiple vehicles using wireless remote control and an intelligent operating system. The RGV moves from the docking area to the mold production workshop, then uses wheel switching to move vertically and horizontally to transport different mold types to the corresponding spray painting workshop, moving back and forth according to the actual production schedule.

To ensure safety, the RGV is equipped with an emergency stop button that instantly shuts off power, reducing damage caused by impacts. RGV reduces human involvement, allowing a single operator to monitor the entire process. The installation of vertical and horizontal tracks further enhances transfer efficiency, significantly improving transport efficiency. RGV utilizes maintenance-free batteries, portable charging stations, and network-controlled, full-process tracking, driving the intelligent transformation of factories.
