Recently, a 20 tons cable reel power supply rail transfer cart specifically designed for large mold painting lines has been officially put into use. This cart features a large 8000x8000x800mm structure, a cast steel frame, and a custom-designed rotating platform, providing a new solution for the two key aspects of heavy duty transportation and uniform coating.
Usage Challenges
Painting workshops have long faced two pain points.
Firstly, large molds are heavy and difficult to move; secondly, uneven coating is prone to occur. The rotating platform of this cart can slowly rotate the workpiece during transportation, allowing the coating material to adhere more evenly to the surface, effectively reducing touch-ups and rework.

The rail transfer cart uses a cast steel frame with an extra-large 8000x8000x800mm custom-designed platform, ensuring structural stability under a 20-ton load. Of particular note is the platform's integrated 360 degrees rotation function, which allows for precise adjustment of the mold angle, solving the problem of uneven coating caused by fixed spraying positions in traditional transportation methods.
Power Supply System Advantages: The cable reel power supply system completely eliminates battery life limitations, enabling 24 hours continuous operation and meeting the high-frequency production demands of paint spraying workshops.

Convenient Control
The rail transfer cart employs a dual-mode control system of wired handle and wireless remote control, allowing operators to maneuver flexibly within a 15 meters safe distance. Audible and visual warning lights, an emergency stop button, and an explosion proof enclosure form a triple safety barrier, meeting the safety standards for flammable and explosive environments in paint spraying workshops.
