Production Challenges
A building materials processing enterprise in Greece long faced issues with low efficiency in transporting heavy materials within its factory. The original transport equipment lacked stability in high temperature workshop environments and was constrained by power cables, limiting its operational range and flexibility to adapt to dynamic production layouts. When transporting building materials over 3 meters in length, the insufficient load capacity often necessitated multiple trips, severely impacting production rhythm and logistics efficiency.

Solution
To address the customer's specific needs, we designed and manufactured this custom 30 tons edge detachable battery powered transfer cart.
With dimensions of 4000*1200*300mm, transfer cart features a box-girder frame for structural strength and a customized, edge detachable platform to accommodate materials of various sizes.
It is equipped with cast steel wheels, wireless remote control, audible and visual warning lights, a battery level display screen, and an emergency stop button. Key characteristics include unlimited operational range, high temperature resistance, user-friendly operation, and heavy load capacity.
