This 1 ton non-powered rail transfer cart is specifically designed and developed for high-slope scenarios in plant areas. The cart body adopts a cast steel spliced frame, offering robust and durable construction that can easily handle loads of up to 1 ton.

Equipped with customized cast steel wheels and a specialized wheel structure, it overcomes the limitations of traditional rail cars, enabling stable operation on curved tracks without risks of jolting or deviation.
The product also features high-temperature resistance, making it suitable for complex working conditions in plant environments. With its entirely non-powered drive design, it operates without reliance on electricity or fuel, truly eliminating restrictions on usage distance and time, and responding to transport needs anytime, anywhere.

Application
In a building materials plant area with a 45 degrees slope section, previous manual material handling was inefficient (only 20 transfers per day) and prone to slippage accidents. After introducing this transfer cart, tracks were laid to enable stable slope climbing and smooth operation on curved turns.
With each transfer capable of moving 1 ton of materials, daily transport volume increased to 60 transfers, improving efficiency by 2 times. Its high temperature resistance adapts to high temperature storage environments in the plant, while the cast steel wheels offer wear resistance and durability, reducing maintenance costs and making it well-suited for building material transport scenarios in plant areas.
