Recently, our company officially launched a 15 tons low voltage railway powered RGV rail guided vehicle system specifically designed for high temperature workpiece docking. Through its unique dual-layer structure and intelligent control, it breaks through the performance bottlenecks of traditional material handling equipment.

Innovative Dual-Layer Structure

The RGV rail guided vehicle uses a cast steel box-beam frame, ensuring a robust and durable structure. The entire machine is cleverly divided into two layers:

Lower Layer Power Car: Rail guided vehicle powered by the low-voltage railway, completely solving the limitations of operating distance and time. Equipped with insulated wheels, it ensures safe and stable power transmission.

Upper Layer Traction Car: Powered by cable, combined with an automatic locking device, it can perform autonomous loading and unloading tasks in complex working conditions.

Intelligent Core: Millisecond-Level Precise Docking

To cope with the harsh environment of high temperature workshops, this RGV rail guided vehicle integrates a PLC coded control system, supporting wired handles, wireless remote control, and real-time LED monitoring. With the help of a laser sensor device and an automatic tipping ladder, the rail guided vehicle can achieve centimeter-level logical positioning and precise docking. Combined with an audible and visual alarm system, it minimizes operational risks.
