Furthermore, their reliance on tracks and cables limits their ability to flexibly cover all workstations. Heavy duty 12 tons transport often requires multiple transfers, resulting in low efficiency and high safety hazards.

Solution
Based on the customer's needs and actual application scenario, we designed and manufactured this 12 tons lithium battery powered lifting rail guided vehicle.
This vehicle features a customized design, allowing for the installation of dedicated tracks according to the workshop layout, enabling continuous transport without distance limitations. Equipped with a high-capacity lithium battery, it boasts strong endurance, meeting the demands of extended operation. Featuring a PLC intelligent control system, it supports both wireless remote control and wired handle operation, precisely controlling the transport path and effectively improving operational efficiency.

Applications
In actual production, the 12 tons lithium battery lifting rail guided vehicle is used in conjunction with lifting equipment to achieve automated loading, unloading, and transfer of containers. The railcar travels along a preset path to the lifting area, precisely docking with the lifting equipment via a hydraulic lifting platform to complete the container loading and unloading operation. Subsequently, the rail guided vehicle transfers the container to the designated workstation, requiring no manual intervention throughout the process, effectively improving transfer efficiency.
