15 Tons Motorized Lifting Trackless Transfer Cart Improve Mold Handling Efficiency
	Usage Challenges
In a large building materials production workshop, traditional rail mounted or traction-type handling equipment, limited by fixed routes and large turning radii, struggles to adapt to the ever-changing and complex material handling needs, severely restricting production efficiency.

	Solution
Our 15 tons battery powered trackless transfer cart features a robust cast steel frame, polyurethane wheels, and a battery power supply system. The cart eliminates the need for tracks, enabling trackless handling and long distance operation. Based on the customer's production site space and the size of the items to be handled, we designed and manufactured this transfer cart, approximately 2200x1500x1200mm in size. Combined with a hydraulic lifting device, it further improves handling efficiency and reduces operational complexity.

	Structure
This transfer cart has a maximum load capacity of 15 tons. It utilizes a cast steel frame and a steering wheel-like structure, resulting in a compact design that resists deformation, ensuring operational stability and product durability.
The steering wheel-like structure combined with polyurethane wheels meets the diverse production needs of workshops. Wireless remote control allows for continuous adjustment of the route based on production rhythm and requirements, enabling commands such as forward, reverse, and speed adjustment.

The trackless transfer cart platform is equipped with a hydraulic lifting device with a lifting height of approximately 800mm. Wireless remote control operation allows for autonomous loading and unloading of molds, further improving transport efficiency.
To ensure transport safety, the cart is equipped with laser guided dead man stops, safety edges, and emergency stop buttons at all four corners, enabling comprehensive monitoring of the operating conditions.

	Application
In production workshops, this 15 tons trackless transfer cart is primarily responsible for the repetitive movement of heavy molds from the production workshop to the storage area and then to the assembly workshop.
The height of the transfer cart matches the height of the mold placement device. Once the cart arrives below the placement device, the operator uses a wireless remote control to adjust the height of the platform and directly loads the mold onto the platform. This reciprocating motion is then repeated in the same manner.
